Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused linens back in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
